Jeffrey Inaba is the founder of INABA, a firm that specializes in
architecture, urban design, and public art with offices in New York and
Los Angeles, www.inaba.us. INABA’s clients include the Whitney Museum of
American Art, Public Art Norway, and Red Bull, and its work has been
exhibited at the Whitney Biennial, New Museum, and Walker Art Center. He
also directs C-Lab, a research unit at Columbia University’s Graduate
School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation that investigates
urban and architecture issues of public consequence,
www.c-lab.columbia.edu. Inaba is the Features Editor of Volume
magazine, an independent architecture quarterly, and the author of
numerous publications, including the book, World of Giving (Lars
Müller Publishers, 2010). He studied at Harvard University and
University of California, Berkeley.
